Cristina Bustamante

Chilean theologist, married, 3 children. Doctor in Theology with the thesis: “Under the risk of imagination. Study of the contribution of Ricoeur to theology from the concept of the subject” being co-supervised by the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the Institut Catholique de Paris. Master in psychoanalysis from the Universidad Andrés Bello.

His interest areas include theology and its relationship with literature, psychoanalysis, hermeneutic philosophy, and Latin American theology.

Since 2004, she has been an academic at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Member of several research centers and societies: Alalite (Latin American Association for the Literature and Theology), Manuel Larraín Theological Center, CES (Center for Interdisciplinary Studies on Edith Stein).
