He is the Academic Secretary of the Faculty and the person in charge of Ethics. He is a priest of the Archdiocese of Santiago and parish priest of the Jesus Maestro Parish in La Florida municipality. His research is focused on the theology of technology and the theological ethics for biotechnological interventions in the human being, as well as in animal and vegetable organisms.
He joined the Faculty of Theology in 2013, and since 2020 he has been an assistant professor. Besides, he is also a member of the Bioethics Center and the UC Science and Religion study group.
