Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 1977. Adjunct professor. Doctor of Political Science. Specialized in Fundamental Theology with a thesis in political theology. Experience as a teacher of political theology and researcher in this field, particularly with studies in the new political theology of J. B. Metz. He has extensive teaching experience at various universities and professional institutes in areas such as: 20th-century theology, Latin American theology, social doctrine of the church, religion and politics, and scientific research in the theoretical sciences. At the Pontifical University of Chile, he teaches courses on Religion and Politics, and Believer Experience and Secularism. He is also a professor at the Duoc UC professional institute in the courses on Social Doctrine of the Church and Christian Social Thought. His lines of research are: the modern subject and its relationship with religion, credibility, and conversion.
